Problems with conventional bootcamps

Typical bootcamps have the following problems.

One speed fits all students approach

Not all students can keep up with break neck speed of bootcamps. This forces many students to drop out of bootcamps or the students graduate with sub par skills. In either case student looses out. However if the pace of the course is too slow, then bootcamps loose out on their appeal. Currently there are no bootcamps out there which try to strike balance b/w pace & student capacity to learn.

Upfront cost or financial commitment

All most all bootcamps ask either to pay for the entire duration of the bootcamp upfront or commit to paying via a loan/agreement. Some bootcamps mitigate this risk with ISA(Income sharing agreement). However ISA bring in their own sets of problems. Typical bootcamps charge upwards of Rs.2 lakhs to Rs.3 lakhs with monthly payments.

Bootcamps require some coding skills prior to admission

Many bootcamps require some prior coding skills for admission. This defeats the whole purpose of having bootcamps.
